Weekend extended YOGA sessions dedicated to 'Deepening of Practice'.
These sessions are intended to help develop and broaden Yoga practice - to include ASANA, PRANAYAMA, NIDRA & MEDITATION.
All sessions are held in Ropley Parish Hall on bi-monthly Saturdays from 10.00am - 1.00pm.
Cost - £15.00 (£5.00 standing order members)
