Two decades, several Indian adventures and hours of practice later; Rebecca is passionate about sharing the life enhancing effects of a regular yoga practice that explores beyond asana alone.
Lisa will qualify as a yoga teacher in August 2018 under the mentorship of Jenny Beeken, a founder of the Inner Yoga Trust (IYT) and a former student of B.K.S. Iyengar.
