Yoga classes will explore hatha yoga postures (asana), breath practice (pranayama) and relaxation techniques to still the mind (dhayana and pratyahara). A clear focus on synchronizing breath with movement will encourage strengthening, increased flexibility and an experience of present moment awareness.
All levels of practitioner are welcomed to class.

Yoga first crossed Rebecca’s path whilst travelling 20 years ago. Initially the physical benefits of the practice of asana (postures) were the main attraction.
Two decades, several Indian adventures and hours of practice later; Rebecca is passionate about sharing the life enhancing effects of a regular yoga practice that explores beyond asana alone.
